The FP&A Internship immerses you in United’s financial engine — a dynamic ecosystem where strategic planning meets analytical precision. Interns collaborate with senior finance professionals across departments such as Treasury, Investor Relations, Procurement, and Controllership. You’ll gain a 360-degree view of how large-scale financial systems support a multi-billion-dollar airline while shaping critical business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

During the internship, you’ll contribute to real projects that impact United’s financial performance. Typical responsibilities include:

• Building and analyzing annual and long-term budgets for multiple departments.
• Evaluating capital investments and preparing profitability forecasts.
• Conducting complex data analysis on labor productivity, cash flow and growth initiatives.
