Roles & Responsibilities
As a Channel & Operations intern, you will work closely with internal teams and partners to drive operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
• Assist with data collection and analysis to track partner performance and channel effectiveness
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for cross-functional stakeholders
• Support channel operations by improving workflows and documenting process improvements
• Participate in collaborative projects involving Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Research trends and compile insights on industry best practices and partner programs
• Help manage internal communications and coordination with channel partners
Qualifications & Eligibility
This internship is open to students who meet the following requirements:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working in diverse and collaborative global teams
• Organized, curious, and ready to learn in a dynamic setting
