Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: Software Engineer Intern
• 📍 Location: Palo Alto, California
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and enhance real-time image capture, analysis, and storage pipelines that run 24/7 on our cell production lines.
• Troubleshoot production-critical issues, profile machine-vision algorithms, and tune for peak speed and accuracy.
• Develop high-speed PLC and camera communication modules and create WPF user interfaces for inspection result visualization.
• Design software utilities to automate testing, deployment, and data analysis workflows within manufacturing systems.
• Work closely with cell engineers, hardware teams, and software architects to integrate robust vision solutions that meet production requirements.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in C#/.NET, with hands-on experience using GitHub and Jira for version control and issue tracking.
• Familiarity with industrial machine-vision libraries and camera communication protocols.
• Basic understanding of WPF UI development, PLC interfaces, and algorithm optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
