Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: AI Hardware Technical Program Manager Intern
• 📍 Location: Palo Alto, California (On-site)
• 🗓 Duration: 3–6 months (Fall 2025, with potential extension into Spring)
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor critical factory and vehicle data to support engineering decisions
• Organize schedules, design updates, and deliverables across teams
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and service functions to manage ongoing design changes
• Resolve issues quickly and align stakeholders on high-priority projects
• Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) and ensure bill of materials (BOM) accuracy

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering, or related field
• Experience managing technical projects or involvement in student teams like FSAE or Hyperloop
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
