Roles & Responsibilities
As a Schaeffler co-op, you’ll take on meaningful responsibilities and work on real engineering challenges. Every intern receives a customized project brief and mentorship from experienced professionals. Your work could involve:

Supporting product development teams in testing and documentation

Designing components or process models in mechatronics or software applications

Assisting with automation, system testing, or data analysis

Identifying ways to reduce waste and improve overall product quality

Qualifications & Eligibility
This opportunity is designed for students currently enrolled in technical undergraduate programs who want to get real-world experience before graduation. You’re a great fit if you have:

A high school diploma or equivalent

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field
