• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

This summer internship offers a chance to explore the dynamic field of management consulting. Interns will gain practical exposure by supporting real consulting engagements involving business transformation, customer strategy, and change management.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Management Consulting Intern, you will:

• Support consulting teams on live client engagements
• Participate in business analysis and process improvement initiatives
• Conduct market research and assess industry trends
• Help develop strategic recommendations and presentation materials
• Contribute to change management and digital transformation efforts
• Collaborate on client communications, stakeholder management, and team deliverables
• Apply data and insights to identify business patterns and potential solutions
• Learn and use PwC’s proprietary tools and methodologies
• Observe how consulting strategies are tailored for different industries and clients
• Take initiative in your own development, while contributing to team success

Qualifications & Eligibility

To qualify for this internship, you should:

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program)
• Be available during Summer 2026 for a full-time internship
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical thinking skills
• Show a willingness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in fast-paced settings
• Be authorized to work in the United States without H-1B sponsorship
• Have a preferred GPA of 3.3 or above
• Be pursuing a degree in one of the following fields (preferred but not required):

Accounting
Business Analytics
Finance
Data Science
Supply Chain
Public Health
Management Information Systems
Engineering

Prior internship or academic experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, or consulting is a plus.
