As a Finance Intern at Polaris, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll solve real business problems and build strategic thinking skills. This is more than just an internship. It’s an invitation to shape your finance career through hands-on experiences and intentional mentorship.
Roles & Responsibilities
During your 12-week journey, you’ll be placed in one of Polaris’ core finance teams based on your interests and business needs. You’ll work on meaningful projects such as:
• Analyzing cost structures in operations or engineering teams
• Contributing to corporate budgeting, audit, or treasury functions
• Building financial models for international markets
• Assisting in quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
• Presenting insights and recommendations to leadership
• Participating in cross-functional challenges like the Intern Innovation Challenge
• Engaging with teams across the business to explore real-world financial decision-making
You’ll also be part of weekly workshops, networking sessions, and an off-site early talent summit to help you grow both technically and professionally.
Qualifications & Eligibility
To be eligible for the Polaris Finance Internship – Summer 2026, you must meet the following criteria:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Graduation expected between August 2026 – May 2028
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to commit to a full 12-week internship
• Willingness to relocate to Minnesota for the summer
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status – no sponsorship offered)
• Prior internship/co-op experience or project-based coursework is a strong plus
• Demonstrated leadership in clubs, coursework, or previous work preferred
