Internship Overview
• 📌 Position: Consumer & Market Knowledge – Analytics & Insights Intern
• 📍 Locations: Cincinnati (HQ), Boston MA, Cumberland RI, Fayetteville AR, Mason OH, Minneapolis MN, Virginia Beach VA
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Unique Insight
This internship is not a typical data role. P&G places interns directly on business teams, where they act as junior strategy consultants. You get to combine data analytics, consumer psychology, storytelling, and market behavior to guide decisions on branding, product development, pricing, and marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities
As an A&I Intern, you will:
• Analyze large data sets to discover consumer patterns and brand opportunities
• Study shopper behavior and help identify target user groups
• Work with Brand, Finance, R&D, and Sales teams to support business recommendations
• Conduct research to understand consumer motivations and decision-making
• Assess media performance, in-store experiences, and online customer journeys
• Deliver actionable insights that shape brand strategy
• Present findings clearly to cross-functional partners
• Participate in brainstorming sessions on “what’s next” for major brands
Qualifications & Eligibility
Required:
• Students graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Background in Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Anthropology, Marketing, or related fields
• Comfortable working with data and interpreting insights
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Academic consistency and interest in consumer behavior
• Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred:
• Experience with research projects, analytics tools, or consumer studies
• Participation in campus clubs, leadership roles, or competitions
• Ability to think strategically and present ideas clearly
