Oracle’s UX Design Internship is ideal for graduate students passionate about crafting human-centered digital experiences. Interns will join a global design community working on enterprise applications used by millions of users worldwide.

Throughout this 12-week immersive internship, you’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge UX design practices, hands-on workshops, and mentorship from industry leaders. The experience goes beyond learning tools — it’s about understanding how design drives innovation within a Fortune 100 company.


Roles & Responsibilities

As an Oracle Design UX Intern, you’ll participate in both creative exploration and structured design execution. Your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with designers, developers, and researchers to improve product usability and visual appeal.
• Participating in design workshops and bootcamps focused on UX, UI, motion, and visual design.
• Conducting user research and prototyping solutions that address real-world enterprise challenges.
• Applying storytelling techniques to present design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Contributing to group design projects that explore new ideas for Oracle Cloud and application interfaces.
• Showcasing design deliverables through a final presentation to senior leaders and mentors.

This internship provides a holistic view of UX strategy, innovation, and implementation, preparing you to excel in full-time design roles post-graduation.


Qualifications & Eligibility

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a graduate or postgraduate program with a focus on design or related fields.
• Must be attending a U.S. university and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Available full-time between May and August 2026 (or June to September 2026).
• 0–2 years of professional work experience in a relevant field (excluding internships or assistantships).
• Demonstrated interest in UX/UI design, user research, or interaction design.
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio showcasing 2–3 design projects or case studies.

Preferred backgrounds include Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, Product Design, Media Arts, or Cognitive Science.
