Roles & Responsibilities

During the internship, you will contribute to real customer service operations that support Oracle’s global ecosystem. Primary responsibilities include:

• Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, chat, and co-browse
• Research customer inquiries using Oracle internal tools
• Verify entitlement and provide license keys, passwords, and product access
• Coordinate with global teams to refine support procedures
• Prepare and maintain documentation for knowledge systems
• Collect data to analyze trends, operational performance, and customer patterns
