This internship is designed for driven and curious students who are ready to take on meaningful responsibilities in a fast-paced corporate environment. Interns will manage a complete business project from start to finish, applying their academic knowledge to real-world financial challenges. Each intern will be paired with a dedicated manager, mentor, and buddy to provide guidance throughout the experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Finance & Accounting Intern at Nestlé USA, you’ll be given ownership of impactful work and exposure to leadership across departments. Specific responsibilities include:

Take lead on a key business project and drive it through to completion

Evaluate financial data and performance trends to identify actionable insights

Work closely with teams across finance, operations, and supply chain to gather cross-functional input

Deliver a final presentation and recommendations to senior leadership

Translate classroom learning into real solutions that support Nestlé’s business goals

Participate in educational sessions, networking events, and volunteer initiatives during the internship

Help optimize processes and financial practices to enhance efficiency and performance
Qualifications & Eligibility
This opportunity is ideal for students with a strong interest in corporate finance and a desire to build a long-term career with a global company. Eligibility criteria include:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline

Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026 (or pursuing a fifth-year Master’s degree finishing by June 2027)

Completion of, or current enrollment in, Intermediate Accounting or equivalent coursework

A preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Must be available to commit full-time during Summer 2026 for the full internship duration

Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship

Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Finance or Accounting at a corporate level

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
