Internship Overview

📌 Position: Information Services Intern
📍 Location: Multiple locations — including Marysville, Raymond, and East Liberty (Ohio), Greensburg (IN), Lincoln (AL), and Torrance (CA)
⏱ Time Commitment: Full Time

This is not your typical internship. You’ll engage with live projects in information systems, tech operations, and software engineering—not paper-pushing or observation-only roles. Think project management, system design, cross-functional coordination, and even supplier interfacing.

Roles & Responsibilities

Intern responsibilities will vary slightly by location and department, but typically include:

Assisting with project scope planning, scheduling, budgeting, and weekly tracking
Collaborating with internal teams to understand reporting needs and design production documents
Supporting development of operational standards, ISO documentation, or training materials
Managing workflows and delivering measurable project outcomes
Participating in cross-functional meetings and supplier communications
Working closely with mentors to improve team processes and systems

Interns also join organized tours, Q&As with senior Honda leaders, volunteer activities, and social networking events to deepen their connection with Honda’s mission.

Qualifications & Eligibility

To qualify for this internship, applicants must meet the following:

Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Be a college sophomore (by credit hours) or above at the time of application
Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
Be legally eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
Be able to commit to 10+ weeks at 40 hours per week during Spring 2026
