Roles & Responsibilities

As an MBA Intern in EY’s Supply Chain & Operations practice, you’ll:

• Contribute to projects in areas such as supply chain transformation, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.

Qualifications & Eligibility

EY seeks MBA candidates who are passionate about problem-solving and leadership. Applicants should have:
• Enrollment in an MBA program with 3+ years of prior professional experience in supply chain, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• A growth-oriented and inclusive mindset that values diverse perspectives.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Interest in emerging supply chain technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
