This is not your typical audit internship. The 360 Careers Experience at EY is designed to expose you to different service lines through skill-based βexpeditions.β Youβll explore assurance and tax projects, expanding your business acumen through real-world client engagements, coaching, and guided learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a 360 Careers Intern at EY, your role will go far beyond textbooks and classrooms. Here’s what youβll do:

Conduct trend and data analysis to identify unusual patterns in financial statements

Collaborate with team members in client environments while maintaining professional conduct

Uphold compliance standards and contribute to the integrity of the capital markets

Build relationships with EY clients by providing transparent, high-quality audit services

Help communicate value-added insights discovered through data interpretation and analytics
Through this experience, youβll develop real-world skills that directly contribute to audit quality and business transparency, while getting mentored by seasoned EY professionals.
Qualifications & Eligibility
This opportunity is ideal for students passionate about accounting, auditing, and business strategy. You should meet the following:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting

A strong academic record and a clear path to CPA licensure (based on your stateβs requirements)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

U.S. citizenship required for Government/Public Sector focus roles

Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as needed during busy seasons
