This internship sits within the bank’s Origination & Advisory division. You’ll be immersed in fast-paced deal-making, cross-border financial transactions, and real-time client interactions. Roles & Responsibilities
As an Origination & Advisory Intern, your responsibilities may include:

Conducting detailed company and sector research for active M&A and advisory deals

Supporting execution teams on live transactions with tasks like financial modeling, pitchbook creation, and transaction documentation

Preparing strategic materials such as confidential information memoranda and corporate profiles

Analyzing financial statements to assist with valuations, forecasts, and due diligence

Qualifications & Eligibility
This internship is best suited for high-performing students who meet the following:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and July 2027
