Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: Data Analyst Intern

• 📍 Location: Austin, Texas

• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and structure data from the Learning Management System (LMS) to track content engagement by role, region, and manager hierarchy.

• Design interactive dashboards in Tableau that visualize learner consumption, program compliance, and skill-attainment trends.

• Partner with Sales Strategy to explore correlations between enablement participation and business outcomes—pipeline creation, win-rates, quota-attainment, and ramp speed.

• Maintain a unified reporting schema across onboarding, product-readiness, and sales-kickoff programs to ensure apples-to-apples comparisons.

• Run ad-hoc investigations and package insights for quarterly executive business reviews.

• Document findings in clear, concise memos and present recommendations that influence enablement road-maps, budget allocation, and head-count planning.

• Champion data hygiene: propose field standards, automate validation checks, and flag anomalies before they reach leadership decks.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.

• Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).

• Experience (coursework or projects) with at least one BI tool—Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Comfort translating complex datasets into business-friendly narratives; strong presentation skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail, bias for action, and the ability to thrive amid ambiguity typical of high-growth tech.

• Eligible to work in the United States for the internship period (Cloudflare cannot sponsor visas for intern roles).

• Able to commit to 16 weeks in Austin, in office three days weekly; remote flexibility on remaining days.
