Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects across departments
• Perform market research and support qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Help identify business risks and process improvement opportunities
• Support change management initiatives and documentation development
• Collaborate with teams to streamline internal operations and align projects with Cisco’s strategic vision
• Participate in meetings, share ideas, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Alternative eligibility includes bootcamp, certification program, or apprenticeship participants
• Foundational understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
