This is not your average internship. As part of Cargill’s Animal Nutrition & Health division, you’ll get a hands-on, behind-the-scenes look at how a global food leader operates. Roles & Responsibilities
Cargill gives interns actual ownership over projects and decision-making processes. As a Business Management Associate Intern, you will:

Collaborate on strategic pricing and supply chain initiatives

Analyze business and financial data to support decision-making

Contribute to commodity merchandising and sourcing operations

Participate in feed formulation and marketing strategy discussions

Work alongside cross-functional teams in operations and customer success

Qualifications & Eligibility
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, finance, agribusiness, animal science, or a related field

Expected graduation date between December 2026 – August 2028

Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship

Available to commit to a 12-week full-time internship during Summer 2026

Open to relocating for the internship (multiple U.S. locations available)

Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred: A minimum GPA of 3.0 and strong interpersonal skills that reflect leadership potential.
