Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: Business Operations Intern
• 📍 Location: Hybrid – San Carlos, CA
• 🗓 Duration: Summer 2025
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business operations
• Design and develop dashboards, scripts, and workflow tools
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational challenges
• Test, debug, and support automation processes
• Document requirements and improvements
• Evaluate impact of implemented automation solutions

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (MS, MBA, MPH, or similar)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL
• Familiarity with Python, R, or workflow automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier)
• Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, and internal ticketing systems is a plus
