Internship Overview

📌 Position: Global Strategy & Enterprise Summer 2026 Analyst
📍 Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

The GSEP Summer Analyst role is not your average internship. You’ll be assigned to one of BoA’s enterprise strategy teams that drive major business outcomes across the bank. Whether it’s global planning, third-party partnerships, or operational resiliency—you’ll be in the engine room of enterprise transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities

During the 10-week program, expect to work on high-impact initiatives, develop your problem-solving muscle, and gain exposure to a broad spectrum of enterprise-level functions. You’ll get to:

Analyze internal processes and recommend improvements for strategic decision-making.
Support ongoing programs related to operational resilience, third-party governance, and data strategy.
Collaborate across departments to address enterprise challenges with real-world solutions.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
Participate in learning sessions, community initiatives, and peer networking events.

Internship projects are thoughtfully assigned based on your background, interests, and the bank’s current priorities. No two interns have the same experience—because no two analysts are the same.

Qualifications & Eligibility

You should consider applying if you:

Are enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree program.
Have an expected graduation date between November 2026 and August 2027.
Maintain a GPA of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale (preferred).
Are majoring in fields such as Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Management Info Systems, Operations, or a related discipline.
Can work legally in the U.S. without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
Are a proactive communicator, team collaborator, and analytical thinker.
