Roles & Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Software Developer at Rolls-Royce, you’ll be expected to:

Analyze complex business problems and translate them into secure, scalable solutions
Own the end-to-end software development cycle: from design and development to deployment
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and system architects
Write high-quality, maintainable code adhering to established coding standards
Build intuitive front-end experiences using modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue
Develop backend services with technologies like ASP.Net Core, C#, and EF Core
Create APIs, microservices, and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GIT and VSTS
Conduct unit and integration testing and participate in peer code reviews
Work with Agile methodologies, attending sprints and planning meetings
Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously seek ways to optimize system performance

Qualifications & Eligibility

This position requires a mix of technical expertise, critical thinking, and collaborative spirit. Candidates should ideally have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong hands-on knowledge of ASP.Net Core, MVC, Web API, and EF Core
Experience with UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Bootstrap
Proficiency with SQL Server and knowledge of RDBMS concepts
Familiarity with Git, VSTS, and Agile development practices
Understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
Bonus: Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, or secure enterprise system design
