This is not just another backend support role—it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of how Meesho is revolutionizing customer experiences through AI. From problem discovery to feedback loop design, you’ll play a pivotal role in how Meesho scales Voice AI technology across its ecosystem.


Roles & Responsibilities

As an Associate / Sr. Associate in the AI Services team, your primary focus will be to enhance the quality and efficiency of Voice AI operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Working hands-on with AI-based voice technologies to improve user interaction workflows
• Listening to real calls, identifying patterns, and extracting data-driven insights
• Designing scalable frameworks to audit and evaluate voice-assisted customer support
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive innovation
• Building continuous feedback loops to optimize service quality
• Supporting the adoption and implementation of operational excellence within the AI ecosystem

This role goes beyond monitoring—it’s about shaping the future of customer service at scale.


Qualifications & Eligibility

This role is ideal for early professionals with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for AI:

• Bachelor’s degree from NIT or equivalent top-tier engineering/tech institute
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or AI-driven workflows
• Basic understanding of AI/ML use cases in voice and chatbot systems
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across departments
• Problem-solving mindset with a data-first approach
• Familiarity with audit tools, data analytics platforms, or scripting (bonus)
