Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for a range of customer service and reporting activities in the financial services space. Responsibilities include:

Managing investor transactions and ensuring timely, error-free reporting

Handling customer queries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction

Supporting distribution services for corporate clients and intermediaries

Interfacing with internal departments and external service providers

Reviewing operational discrepancies and reporting potential issues

Enhancing process efficiency through continuous improvement suggestions

Participating in knowledge sharing, documentation, and training

Supporting recruitment planning, leave backup, and monthly performance reporting

Maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines

Qualifications & Eligibility
Candidates applying for this opportunity must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification); preferred fields include finance, business administration, or economics

Familiarity with mutual funds or securities markets is preferred

Good command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills
