Roles & Responsibilities

As a Power BI Developer at Capgemini, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions across multiple domains.

• Develop scalable, optimized Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create and manage data models and DAX calculations
• Orchestrate data pipelines and integration workflows
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports using tools like DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and Bravo
• Write efficient SQL queries for complex data warehousing environments
• Collaborate with teams across SDLC frameworks
• Implement governance controls like Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace standards
• Write C# scripts to automate recurring BI tasks and report generation
• Share best practices and mentor junior BI professionals
• Stay updated with the latest BI trends, features, and capabilities

Qualifications & Eligibility

Here’s what you need to be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a professional environment
• Strong command over DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL
• Working knowledge of Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with performance tuning and report lifecycle management
• Understanding of data governance principles
• Experience working in Agile teams is desirable
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
