This is a full-time client-facing role in the Healthcare Utilization Management domain, primarily within Accenture’s Intelligent Operations division. You’ll help streamline healthcare processes for hospitals, insurance companies, and care providers by supporting claims, compliance, and operations teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at Accenture, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the administration of health insurance claims from registration to resolution

Reviewing and verifying healthcare documentation for accuracy and compliance

Processing claim entries, performing quality checks, and identifying unusual patterns

Communicating with internal teams and maintaining high standards of professionalism

Working on HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure patient data confidentiality

Participating in team activities, quality audits, and internal process improvements

Qualifications & Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (BCom, BBA, BSc, BA, etc. are all eligible)

Experience: 0–3 years of work experience in customer service, healthcare, or BPO domains

Skills: Strong communication (written + verbal), adaptability, attention to detail

Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA rules and healthcare claims is a plus
