📌 Position: Application Support Engineer

This role is an exciting entry point for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about enterprise software and IT operations. As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll work on real business-critical systems while gaining exposure to advanced troubleshooting, quality assurance, and collaborative issue resolution in a global tech environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and identify software and application-related issues across business systems.
Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to troubleshoot and escalate problems efficiently.
Conduct root cause analysis to ensure long-term stability and performance.
Apply software patches and perform version control and system upgrades.
Document incidents, resolutions, and support protocols for internal reference.
Participate in system testing, quality assurance activities, and test planning.
Engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to technical team growth.
Support daily incident handling, service request resolution, and client escalations.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Must have completed 15 years of full-time formal education (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred).
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible.
Solid understanding of Functional Test Planning principles is required.
Basic knowledge of software testing methods and bug-tracking tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work full-time from the Bengaluru office (no remote option).
Authorization to work in India is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
