Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: Business Analyst
• 📍 Location: Bangalore, India

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze current business processes
• Organize stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define solutions
• Create user stories and functional specs using tools like GPS (Global Process Structure)
• Ensure requirements align with key business KPIs and have measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with developers to turn requirements into implementable features
• Assist in planning and running User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Provide training materials and support post-implementation
• Fill in for the product owner or scrum master when needed

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team
