As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you’ll be working with the Global Business Services (GBS) division — a strategic service organization focused on delivering innovative digital solutions and streamlining core business processes for Siemens worldwide. This is not a temporary internship; it’s a long-term opportunity with full-time scope and permanent status.


Roles & Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting key automation and project execution activities, including:

  • Assisting with global projects in Building Automation Systems (BAS) across assigned countries or regions

  • Understanding HVAC system requirements and preparing engineering packages with proper guidance

  • Collaborating with project leads to create high-quality control system designs

  • Performing quality checks using internal checklists and ISO-compliant documentation

  • Keeping project execution on track and updating leads with status reports regularly


Qualifications & Eligibility
