Roles & Responsibilities

As a Product Manager Intern at Salesforce, you’ll play an active role in shaping features that matter. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and senior leaders to explore problems, identify user needs, and create solutions that deliver value.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting user research and identifying customer pain points
• Gathering and analyzing market, product, and competitor data
• Collaborating with UX and engineering teams on feature development
• Contributing to product vision, roadmap, and release strategy
• Building proof of concept features or tools
• Supporting Agile sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Presenting ideas and project outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a PGP/MBA program at a top institution
• Expected graduation in 2027
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 22–60 months of prior work experience preferred
• Familiarity with Agile, APIs, and enterprise SaaS is a plus
• Strong product sense, business acumen, and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and leadership traits
• Candidates must be authorized to work in India (no visa sponsorship offered)
