Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: Ethics & Compliance Intern
• 📍 Location: Bangalore, India
• 🗓 Duration: 3–6 months
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in running compliance training operations, including course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Help plan and track company-wide training and awareness programs
• Review and clean training data to ensure accuracy
• Support in creating program dashboards and reports for leadership
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Global teams to execute the program smoothly
• Assist in handling background checks and due diligence as per screening procedures

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Prior experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
