Finance & Accounting at P&G shapes strategy, drives business planning, and safeguards internal controls across every brand and market. As a Finance Intern you’ll tackle real business problems, partner with multifunctional teams, and see your analyses influence decisions within weeks—not years.

Roles & Responsibilities

Own a live project from Day 1—examples include pricing strategy for a new detergent SKU or optimizing cashflow for a regional supply chain.
Build financial models that forecast volume, margin, and investment ROI for brands spanning Baby Care to Grooming.
Present insights to cross‑functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Supply Network Operations) and co‑design action plans.
Support month‑end closing processes, ensuring compliance with P&G’s stringent internal‑control standards.
Automate recurring reports using Excel macros or Power BI dashboards to free up time for deeper analysis.
Participate in “Finance Fridays”—weekly lunch‑and‑learns led by senior directors on topics such as treasury management, M&A case studies, and ESG reporting.

Qualifications & Eligibility

CA finalist with at least 12 months of completed articleship or MBA/Commerce student with strong finance fundamentals.
Consistent academic record (preferred overall average ≥ 60 % or GPA ≥ 3.0).
Excellent English communication—able to turn complex numbers into crisp, persuasive stories.
Demonstrated analytical horsepower (e.g., case‑competition wins, Kaggle projects, or audit‑automation tools).
Comfortable using Excel (pivots, look‑ups, VBA) and exposure to data‑visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Passion for decision‑making under uncertainty—you’re willing to triangulate limited data and still recommend a path forward.
