This internship is part of the Industrial Training framework of ICAI and is perfect for candidates in the final phase of their Chartered Accountancy journey. Roles & Responsibilities

As a CA Intern at HSBC, you’ll be working alongside seasoned finance professionals to help shape data-backed decisions and maintain operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Participating in internal control assessments and process audits.
• Preparing financial reports and presentations for management review.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on compliance and risk-related tasks.
• Engaging in real-time problem-solving for operational challenges.
• Learning tools like Excel modeling and financial systems

Qualifications & Eligibility

This opportunity is open to driven and eligible candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing final CA and eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI.
• Completed a minimum of 18 months of articleship training.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
• Must be available for a full-time 12-month apprenticeship in Gurugram.
