Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: Business Analyst
• 📍 Location: Bangalore, India
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including IT, operations, and data to understand business needs
• Use tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Bring structure and clarity to complex or undefined business challenges
• Support transformation projects through Agile practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Assist with process mapping and improvement initiatives
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and support implementation
• Monitor project risks and support resolution efforts to ensure quality delivery

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience or coursework in SQL, data analysis, and process improvement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• A background or interest in asset management, capital markets, or banking is beneficial
• Must demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork
