Roles & Responsibilities
As an Associate Data Engineer, you’ll work closely with both technical and HR teams. You will:

Assist in designing and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards

Contribute to the development of a centralized HR data warehouse

Automate regular reports and streamline analytics workflows

Conduct quality assurance testing for new data products and features

Investigate data issues and implement effective, lasting solutions

Support analytics projects focused on improving recruitment and retention metrics

Work on initiatives related to Quality of Hire, employee productivity, and other business KPIs

Create visual dashboards and self-service reporting tools for stakeholders

Qualifications & Eligibility
