Internship Overview
• 📌 Position: Intern
• 📍 Location: Mumbai, India
• 🗓 Duration: 12 months
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare daily profit and loss (P&L) statements for trading desks and validate their accuracy
• Work with front-office traders to get P&L approvals and ensure data transparency
• Investigate and resolve FOBO (Front-Office to Back-Office) cash mismatches
• Contribute to “Change the Bank” (CTB) projects and process improvements within your team
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Financial Controllers and Relationship Managers for proper front-to-back control processes
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI guidelines
• Must have completed both IPCC groups and at least 1 year of articleship
• Strong understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial concepts
• Background in accounting, finance, engineering, or IT is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
• Curious, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Willing to work in a global, team-based setup with a proactive learning mindset
