This apprenticeship is tailored for final-year undergraduates interested in launching a career in banking operations, middle-office delivery, and support functions. You’ll be trained in back-end operations that power Bank of America’s global businesses—ranging from retail banking to capital markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Selected apprentices will support various operations under the Global Business Services (GBS) vertical. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on:

Processing financial transactions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Supporting back-office or middle-office workflows in banking functions
-
Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality in daily deliverables
-
Contributing to process improvement and team-based performance goals
-
Coordinating with cross-functional teams across global business geographies

Participating in ongoing learning, audits, and internal reviews

Qualifications & Eligibility

Must be in your final year of BA, B.Com, or BBA

Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA in your last semester

No active backlogs at the time of joining

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Comfortable with shift-based roles (24×7 rotation, including night shifts)

Willingness to work from any of the Bank’s operational hubs in India
