Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: Operations Intern
• 📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
• 🗓 Duration: 6 months
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve processes within Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, or Delivery Stations
• Take ownership of safety, quality, and efficiency metrics in assigned departments
• Shadow and support Area/Station/Operations Managers on the floor
• Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and other process improvement practices
• Lead and mentor teams of hourly associates during shifts
• Collaborate with teams like HR, Safety, Engineering, and Supply Chain

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (non-CS/non-Circuit branches preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Willingness to work on-site and in shift-based schedules
• Coursework in supply chain, planning, or lean methods is a bonus
• Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
