Internship Overview

• 📌 Position: Python & AI/ML Intern
• 📍 Location: Bangalore, India
• 🗓 Duration: 3 months

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze incident data from platforms such as ServiceNow
• Identify recurring technical issues that are suitable for automation
• Suggest automation strategies using Python, scripting, or AI/ML models
• Prepare detailed reports outlining root causes, potential time and cost savings
• Recommend implementation steps with phased automation roadmaps
• Work closely with Airbus developers to integrate and test automation concepts

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Currently pursuing BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Python and basic scripting for data handling
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Skywise, or ITSM/ITIL practices is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills
