Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough investigations of seller transactions to identify fraudulent or high-risk activity
• Follow standard operating procedures to take appropriate action and ensure each step is properly documented
• Engage with customers via email or phone during the investigation process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including risk analysts, engineers, and managers to resolve cases
• Analyze recurring patterns in data and escalate systemic issues to relevant teams
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance, while meeting daily productivity and quality goals
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates from all streams are eligible)
• 0–1 years of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
