Internship Overview

📌 Role: Digital Transformation Intern
📍 Location: LG North America Innovation Campus, Englewood Cliffs, NJ
🗓 Duration: 9 weeks (June 2 – August 1, 2025)
⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Digital Transformation Intern, you’ll gain real-world experience supporting data-driven marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the execution and quality assurance of email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Compiling performance data and contributing to campaign reporting
• Improving onboarding guides and documenting key processes
• Supporting A/B testing projects and capturing key insights
• Analyzing Voice of Customer (VoC) data to identify issues and suggest optimizations

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as a junior or senior
• Preferred field of study: Business Management or related discipline
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and PowerPoint (or similar tools)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interested in learning about digital marketing, analytics, and experimentation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
