  • 📍 Location: 22+ GE Aerospace sites across the United States (including Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, etc.)

This program places you at the heart of GE Aerospace’s Manufacturing & Supply Chain organization. • Drive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives to ensure safe work conditions on the shop floor.

  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve productivity, process capability, on-time delivery, and operational stability.

  • Collaborate with shops and suppliers to support delivery efforts for sourced components while developing project management, negotiation, and business acumen skills.

These experiences will not only build your technical expertise but also strengthen your leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities—skills that make a difference in any engineering career.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale (without rounding).
