Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead or contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services.
• Improve and maintain build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and release engineering workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and design teams to deliver clean, maintainable code.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in large-scale distributed systems.
• Stay updated on evolving technologies and suggest practical applications within ongoing projects.
• Contribute to innovation within the Release Engineering domain and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development using one or more languages such as C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, or Groovy.
• Strong foundation in computer science concepts including data structures, system design, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Kafka, Git version control, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Exposure to configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, or ElasticSearch.
• Bonus: Interest or background in AI/ML technologies and modern data pipelines.
