This full-time internship places you at the center of high-stakes corporate finance, giving you the opportunity to engage in strategic transactions like mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, and capital restructuring.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Summer Analyst at BNP Paribas, you’ll work alongside investment banking professionals and gain exposure to live deals. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with the structuring and execution of equity capital transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, and private placements

Supporting advisory work for M&A, leveraged buyouts, and divestments across diverse sectors

Conducting market research, data analysis, and pitchbook creation for multinational clients

Collaborating across teams such as Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Industrials, and Low Carbon sectors
