Internship Overview

This isn’t your average internship. The program is designed as a rotational leadership and development experience, where interns are embedded into real project teams across multiple functional areas. You’ll be exposed to Citi’s strategy around reinventing personal banking for millions of customers—think credit cards, digital platforms, fraud controls, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities

During the 10-week internship, you’ll:

• Collaborate with business leaders across verticals such as Credit Cards, Retail Banking, Risk, Client Experience, and Operations
• Contribute to digital product launches and marketing strategy execution
• Participate in projects focused on customer experience design, process innovation, or risk management
• Gain exposure to project management, business analysis, and operational excellence
• Join speaker sessions and workshops with Citi executives to deepen your industry understanding
• Present your findings or project outcomes at the end of the internship to senior leadership

Qualifications & Eligibility

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (3rd year/junior standing)
• Graduation expected between December 2026 and June 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 or higher
• U.S. work authorization is required (no sponsorship will be provided)
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Interest in financial services, digital banking, or customer-centric business strategy
