Job Overview

📌 Position: Developer Associate (Software-Design and Development)
📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
🗓 Duration: Full-Time (Permanent)

As part of SAP’s Manufacturing Foundation team (S/4HANA Public Cloud), you will be directly contributing to mission-critical features like Bill of Material (BOM) Management. You’ll operate in an agile, collaborative, and cross-cultural environment where your decisions shape the next-gen cloud suite.

Roles & Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

Design, code, test, and deploy robust features for the S/4HANA Public Cloud platform.
Work closely with architects and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Follow Agile/SCRUM methodologies and contribute actively in sprint ceremonies.
Use CI/CD pipelines to deliver clean, reliable code with high performance.
Collaborate across global teams and cross-functional units to ensure delivery excellence.
Participate in peer reviews, test automation, and performance optimization.

Qualifications & Eligibility

You’ll be a strong candidate if you meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech), or MCA.
2 to 4 years of hands-on development experience in enterprise software.
Strong command over ABAP/Object-Oriented ABAP, UI5, Fiori, CDS, RAP, and AMDP.
Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and modular design.
Exposure to S/4HANA stack and Manufacturing/Planning business process is a plus.
Excellent team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
You should be located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
