This internship is part of Mastercard’s Summer Internship Program — designed to help students gain exposure to real-world projects, build professional networks, and develop leadership skills. Interns will work alongside high-performing teams focused on improving product delivery and customer experience on a global scale.


Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer and Product Delivery Intern at Mastercard, you will:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of Mastercard products to customers
• Assist in developing streamlined product implementation strategies
• Engage in user requirement gathering and help shape product feedback loops
• Support analysis of product readiness, go-to-market strategies, and delivery effectiveness
• Participate in team meetings, project updates, and Agile practices
• Contribute to documentation and reporting efforts that support continuous improvement

This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, analytical, and eager to understand how customer experience aligns with global product delivery in a fast-moving environment.


Qualifications & Eligibility

To be eligible for this internship, applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools or frameworks
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools is a plus
• Comfortable using a variety of digital platforms and technology stacks
• Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
