Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and key deliverables
• Support senior managers in tracking project milestones and outcomes
• Coordinate team meetings and maintain updated documentation
• Identify and flag potential project risks early

• Create concise project reports and status updates for leadership

Qualifications & Eligibility

Baker Hughes is looking for driven, proactive students who can bring fresh thinking to dynamic business environments.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Technology, STEM, or Business
• GPA of 3.0 or above (on a 4.0 scale)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Effective team collaborator with leadership potential
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to relocate to Houston, TX for the internship duration

Prior experience in student clubs, academic projects, or part-time roles involving leadership or teamwork will be an added advantage.
