This internship offers students a deep dive into strategic projects within the Fleet & Alternate Sales Department. Interns will work on high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, streamline digital operations, and enhance the customer experience. The projects intersect with key areas like automation (RPA), platform development, stakeholder engagement, and performance analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Junior Associate Consultant Intern, your primary duties will include:

Coordinating cross-functional projects across departments like Sales, Marketing, and IT
Supporting the development of a digital car shopping experience for high-end clientele
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute sales initiatives
Assisting the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team in automating key workflows
Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and project reports
Tracking milestones, managing project timelines, and reporting progress to leadership
Participating in continuous process improvements and client-centered strategies
Working on ad-hoc assignments based on emerging business priorities

Qualifications & Eligibility

To be eligible for this internship, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Interest in project management, digital platforms, or sales operations
Bonus if you’re familiar with tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
Exposure to automation or RPA concepts is a plus
