Roles & Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with Agile teams to support developers and designers across the software lifecycle.
-
Set up and configure new software projects using Azure DevOps.
-
Collect and translate user requirements into actionable EPICs and user stories.
-
Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
-
Develop full-stack applications for web and mobile platforms using Angular, NestJS, and related technologies.
-
Create backend systems, APIs, and robust data models to support app functionality.
-
Support software documentation and process improvements.
-
Present findings and progress to stakeholders and mentors.
Qualifications & Eligibility
-
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
-
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required (transfer students should meet GPA at current institution).
-
Completed at least 30 credit hours by the time of application.
-
Proficiency or strong understanding of languages and tools such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, NestJS, SQL, GraphQL, Java, Python, or C++.
-
Experience with database management and version control tools preferred.
-
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills are essential.
-
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Must submit an unofficial transcript and pass a substance abuse test.
-
Commitment to complete three co-op terms is preferred.
