This internship sits at the intersection of cybersecurity and business strategy, providing you with firsthand experience in protecting global-scale infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities

As an Information Security Intern, your work will directly contribute to strengthening Salesforce’s security posture. Expect a hands-on learning curve with responsibilities such as:

• Respond to customer security inquiries and assist in completing compliance questionnaires
• Maintain and update Salesforce’s security documentation and white papers
• Support customer audit processes and compile relevant evidence
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Create and manage internal knowledge bases for the security & compliance team
• Assist in building training materials for Sales and Customer Success teams
• Analyze audit trends and contribute ideas for risk mitigation
• Work independently and cross-functionally to support ongoing initiatives

Qualifications & Eligibility

This role is a great fit for individuals with a keen interest in security compliance and enterprise cloud technologies. You’re encouraged to apply if you meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
• Diploma or postgraduate specialization in Information Security is a plus
• 0–3+ years of relevant experience in compliance or application security roles
• Familiarity with common standards: SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, CSA CAIQ
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work across time zones and manage deadlines efficiently
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills

Candidates with past exposure to handling large-scale RFPs or RFIs will be seen as particularly strong applicants.
